Breaking ground on Pitch at TUPPS Brewery

On Memorial Day 2026, we officially broke ground on Pitch at TUPPS Brewery in McKinney, Texas.

What started as a conversation around soccer culture, community gathering spaces, and long-term vision is now becoming reality.

Pitch at TUPPS is being fast-tracked into a beautiful 5v5 turf soccer environment designed to bring people together through the game. Located at one of the most recognizable gathering spots in McKinney, this project is about much more than building a field. It is about creating a year-round destination centered around soccer, community, and experience.

With the FIFA World Cup arriving in North America in 2026, what many are calling the “Summer of Soccer”, the timing could not be better. Pitch at TUPPS will become a hub for soccer watch parties, activations, pickup games, leagues, and events throughout the summer and beyond.

Programming plans include:

• Adult league play

• Co-ed leagues

• Open men’s divisions

• Women’s-only divisions

• Youth league opportunities

• Free play sessions

• A special Over-50 Walking Soccer League

• Weekend family activations where kids can play while parents enjoy the atmosphere at TUPPS Brewery

One of the things that excites us most is the accessibility of the concept. This is not intended to be an exclusive soccer facility hidden behind memberships or barriers. It is designed to be welcoming, social, and community-driven.

We believe soccer culture in the United States is evolving rapidly, and projects like this help create authentic spaces where people can gather around the sport in a way that feels organic and lasting.

Most importantly, this is not a short-term activation.

Pitch at TUPPS is being built with long-term vision in mind. We see this as the beginning of something much larger, not only for McKinney, but potentially for future expansion into other communities looking to blend soccer, local business, entertainment, and culture together in meaningful ways.
